[X, Y, Z] means choose ‘X’ or ‘Y’ or ‘Z’ on the keyboard.
The ‘+’ sign implies a combination of mouse clicks and button presses.
LMB = Left Mouse Button.
RMB = Right Mouse Button.
MMB = Middle Mouse Button.
